  • Mike Boyd

    Michael Boyd Michael Boyd is president of the The Boyd Group, Inc. Mike is well known as an expert in futurist aviation issues and is often called upon by the national media to provide input regarding events and trends affecting airlines, airports and aircraft manufacturers.

    Since co-founding the company in 1984, he has directed hundreds of projects for clients ranging from small airports to global companies such as General Electric, Delta Airlines, Continental Airlines, Aerostructures, and Embraer Aircraft. Mike started his career with American Airlines in 1971. He joined Braniff International in 1977, attaining the position of Regional Director and was responsible for opening the carrier's Far Eastern operations. In 1982 he moved to Bar Harbor Airlines as Vice President of Marketing and Planning.

    Josh Dorfman Josh Dorfman is an environmental entrepreneur, media personality and author of The Lazy Environmentalist: Your Guide to Easy, Stylish, Green Living. He is the founder and CEO of Vivavi, a retailer of modern, green furniture and home furnishings, and of ModernGreenLiving.com, Vivavi's residential real estate directory for consumers seeking green homes. Inc. Magazine has called Vivavi one of the top 50 companies driving today's green revolution.

    For 2 years, Josh was the creator, producer and host of The Lazy Environmentalist national radio show. He is currently collaborating with the Sundance Channel to develop The Lazy Environmentalist for television. Josh's next book, The Lazy Environmentalist on a Budget, will be published in 2009. As an advocate for positive environmental change, Josh also serves as spokesperson for Brita's FilterForGood campaign to help reduce bottled water waste and for Green Works, Clorox's line of natural cleaning products.
