GetThere Web Connect
GetThere Web Connect is an optional feature that incorporates Web-only fares into the booking site.
Expanded in March 2005, the new-and-improved GetThere Web Connect can now be configured to search for fares from up to 50 travel sites (powered through content aggregator AgentWare®). It also offers more flight options within every search and a matrix display as well as other interface improvements.
Overview
Selected flights are booked and fulfilled on the travel
Web site and, in many cases, can be included in a
GetThere itinerary
- Customers and their agency partners can access Web
Connect bookings from certain sites for reporting and
traveler support
- Site Administrators can easily configure Web Connect
options and message displays

majors such as Delta, Continental and Northwest.
More Flight Options Provided
Up to 8 possible flight options from each travel Web site
with the ability for alternate airports to be returned. You'll also have new Site Administration options to configure how Web Connect
works and provide message alerts to users.
