GetThere Names Suzanne Neufang General Manager

Former Marketing and Telecom Executive Takes Helm of Industry’s Leading Business Travel and Collaboration Technology Supplier

SOUTHLAKE, TX – (June 3, 2010)GetThere(R), the world’s leading travel and collaboration management solution, announced the promotion of Suzanne Neufang to general manager. Ms. Neufang, who previously served as GetThere’s chief marketing officer and Sabre Travel Network’s vice president of corporate segment strategy, is a seven-year veteran of Sabre Holdings.

A Sabre Travel Network(R) business, GetThere has self-booking deployments in 79 countries. Corporations booked more than $9 billion in business travel on GetThere in 2009, with the majority of America’s 100 largest corporate travel programs using the solution.

During the past 18 months, Ms. Neufang has been at the forefront of GetThere’s launch into mid-market and collaboration solutions, playing a critical role in designing and delivering technologies that help companies better manage their travel and collaboration investments. Since 2003, she has held key executive roles in marketing for multiple Sabre brands, including GetThere and Travelocity. Before that, Ms. Neufang led global online strategy, marketing, user experience, and branding for GTE/Verizon in a corporate capacity for nearly a decade.

Ms. Neufang will report to Sabre Travel Network senior vice president Chris Kroeger. Mr. Kroeger, who has served as GetThere’s general manager since 2008, will remain engaged in GetThere’s performance as a vital Sabre Travel Network business unit, as he retains overall responsibility for Sabre Travel Network’s entire business travel-focused portfolio. These areas include corporate segment strategy, GetThere, global travel management companies, and corporate GDS sales and support.

Ms. Neufang holds a masters degree in communications from the University of Hawaii-Manoa, and a bachelor’s degree from Minot State University (North Dakota). She resides in Southlake, Texas.
