Bev Heinritz brings 20 years of experience in the travel and service industries to GetThere. As general manager of GetThere and senior vice president of Sabre Travel Network, Heinritz oversees GetThere's overall business direction, as well as sales, partnerships and customer services. Heinritz places a significant emphasis on the customer experience, focusing on how GetThere can help corporate travel professionals achieve the greatest success in online travel management. She most recently served as vice president of customer service for GetThere.
Suzanne Neufang
Vice President
Product Marketing and User Experience
Suzanne Neufang has managed product marketing, online strategy and marketing activities in the travel and telecommunications industries for more than 15 years. As vice president of product marketing and user experience for GetThere, Suzanne drives the global product plan, customer innovations and online experience for the world's #1 corporate online booking tool. Previously, Suzanne was in charge of Travelocity Business product and marketing, and also served as director of product marketing and analysis for Travelocity’s packaging and cruise products. Before that, she led corporate online strategy, user experience, and branding for GTE/Verizon for nearly a decade. Her favorite cities to travel on business are San Francisco and Munich.
Jan Eaken
Vice President, Service Delivery and Partner Sales
Responsibilities include managing the product support teams for both direct corporate and agency customers as well as leading a team of program managers and site managers for GetThere’s agency distribution channel. With more than 30 years experience in the travel & transportation industry, Jan’s background includes service as well as sales & account experience. Before joining GetThere in 2005, Jan's team oversaw billing and order management for Sabre Travel Network, as well as product support for Sabre Airline Solutions, providing technical support to airlines around the globe. Her diverse background gives her a unique perspective and a drive to provide the best possible experience for GetThere’s customers.
Denise Beckmann
Vice President for the Eastern Region and Customer Success
Denise's responsibilities include leading the Customer Success Management and Global Professional Services; which includes Project Management, Site Management and GetThere University. With more than 10 years in the corporate online space, and another 10 in travel, Denise’s background includes service, customer implementation and support, and training. Denise’s focus for the Customer Success team is ensuring our customers meet their travel goals and initiatives set for their online programs through quality implementation, innovative customer training and planning, goals setting and scorecard measurements.
Richard Barajas
Vice President for Western Region and Global Business Development
Richard Barajas brings 14 years of travel industry experience to GetThere. As Vice President of Business Development, Richard and his team are responsible for securing and delivering on contractual commitments in varying markets including Global Travel Management companies, United States Federal Government, DirectCorporate customers for the Western U.S., and the Asia-Pacific Region. Richard and his team work as the market champions to ensure GetThere has the proper functionality and presence to service the needs of these very important customers.
Steve Chomik
Director, Strategic Partnerships
A 25-year travel industry veteran, Steve Chomik has extensive sales and marketing experience in both the online and offline travel areas. He presently manages the business relationships with GetThere's global strategic partners. Previously, he ran GetThere's Partner Program, one of the largest distributor programs in the online travel industry with over 120 global distributors. Steve works closely with his partners to develop online solutions that deliver high value and cost savings to their corporate clients. He also has extensive experience working with corporate clients directly, working both in sales and account management positions.
Chomik holds an M.B.A. from the University of North Texas and earned his bachelor's degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in marketing from Loyola Marymount University.
Jeremy Stubbs
Director of GetThere Meetings Management and GetThere Ground Network
Jeremy Stubbs is responsible for strategy, customer relationships, marketing communications, pricing and product marketing for GetThere's portfolio of online meeting planning products and the GetThere Ground Network. He also oversees the integration of GetThere functionality with 3rd party meeting planning tools like StarCite's attendee management technologies. Prior to joining GetThere in April 2004, Mr. Stubbs worked in marketing strategy for Sabre Holdings, focusing on GDS pricing strategy and online travel. Mr. Stubbs also developed several long-term corporate strategies for Travelocity.com, including market positioning, product enhancement, alternative distribution channels, and revenue growth opportunities.
